In most curricula of chiropractic, students who have graduated with chiropractic successfully acquired more than 4,200 hours of study and training background; including combined class, clinical and laboratory experience. Graduates can and must get a license from the state in which they reside. States vary in the certification requirements, so it is critical that students who have earned their degrees of chiropractic have met all the prerequisites, educational and credentialing requirements established by the specifications of each State.
